What We Do?

Focusing women’s development through promotion of self-employment with the help of effective management of people’s organization and self-help groups. Strengthening the women’s self-confidence through digital, financial and socio-economic development.
Creating sustainable livelihood through effective management of livestock, promotion of dairy farming, goat and poultry farming with needy and economically poor families’ level. Focusing best management practices in the livestock development component..
Various community-based activities are implemented to maintain and promote sound and robust community health. These include public sanitation; kitchen garden cultivation to ensure access to balanced and nutritious food; provision of clean drinking water; construction of low-cost sanitation facilities; development of clean and beautiful water bodies; maternal and child care; reduction of malnutrition and anemia; and other related measures. These initiatives are effectively organized and implemented at the community level.
To improve the quality of education, along with regular academic learning, various activities based on life skills and livelihood skills are effectively carried out for children. These include nature-based learning, the “school without walls” initiative, green school programs, and the organise educational tours , e-learning and digital education . Such activities are implemented effectively in collaboration with both students and teachers.
Effective efforts are made under these initiatives to provide various employment opportunities for landless families. At the local level, unemployed youth are trained by enhancing their skills related to different employment-generation sectors, enabling them to become self-reliant and secure sustainable livelihoods.
For the development of rural and tribal areas, emphasis is placed on continuous research and its effective application for development. To address employment-related challenges faced by people in rural areas, research-based solutions are developed to resolve their problems. Special focus is given to research as well as awareness-building and dissemination of information.
